This letter comes from a first time cruiser -

Dear Paul and Paula,

 
I am writing a note to thank you for the outstanding service you provided my guest and me on Royal Caribbean's cruise to Nassau, CocoCay and Key West from Septermber 24 to September, 28, 2007..  As you know, this was our first cruise, and we were full of apprehension and anxiety at the beginning of the planning process.
 
The cruise on its own merits was simply exceptional at all levels.  From the personnel on board to the activities offered, it was an extremely pleasurable experience.  The food was indescribable, and the dining room was at a par with any four star restaurant.  Each member of the crew treated us like his or her own personal guests.
 
But the personal service, guidance and patience you provided simply made the vacation most enjoyable and eliminated any concerns about venturing into "unchartered waters," so to speak . I would suspect that most people have similar anxiety about their first cruise, but you folks eliminated those doubts by giving us a plethora of useful information and patiently answered questions.  In short, you made it simple for us..  As a result, we can definitely say that it ranked as one of, if not the best vacations we've ever had.

I just wanted to thank you for the phone message you left me about the loss of my Dad while we were on the cruise.   I am sorry I did not get back to you but we have been really busy since we returned.   Also thank you for arranging a wonderful cruise for us.  It was nice except for my loss while we were away, but even though we could not get back Royal Carribean employees could not have been nicer to us.  They let me use their phones to make phone calls to my family and helped us any way they could.  They were trying very hard to get us home but it was just to dangerous to travel from the ship but they were very helpful.  We couldn't have asked for anything better.   I am going to write to Royal Carribean and tell them because they get so  much bad press about things that happen that I want them to know that all their employees are not like they say.   Everyone on the Grandeur was wonderful to us and I think they would like to know that when their customers need them in a stressful situation that they were there for us.   

 

Thank you again, and when we are ready to vacation again I will certainly contact you.

My recent Mediterrean cruise with friends to celebrate a "milestone" birthday could not have been better thanks to Paul and Paula Belletiere from Cruise Planners.  Our cabin location was perfect and the cost was very affordable.  Each time I approached our cabin, I smiled at our travel agent's thoughtfulness.
